Q: Do you require payment upfront? A: For new contractor relationships, we typically require payment upon completion of the report. For established partners, we offer net terms to align with your draw schedule.
Q: Can you just "sign off" on a report without visiting? A: No. We protect your liability and ours by physically verifying every unit. However, we work fast.
Q: What if the system fails? A: We communicate directly with you (the contractor), not the owner, about the deficiency. We tell you exactly what needs to be fixed (e.g., "Belt is slipping," "Duct is disconnected") so you can fix it and we can re-test.
